Your funds sit in a dedicated client account at Deutsche Bank — never commingled with Bimedis operating capital.
SEPA bank transfer only
We accept nothing else. If anyone asks you for card details, a voucher or crypto on a "Bimedis" deal — it isn't us.
Human dispute review
Either side can open a dispute before release. A real Bimedis operator reviews the evidence within 24 business hours.

Every seller has a Bimedis marketplace track record. Deals opened by Bimedis itself act as the seller counterparty.
Never pay a Bimedis invoice by credit card, voucher, or cryptocurrency.
Bimedis only accepts SEPA bank transfers to the company escrow account shown inside your office.

Common questions
When exactly are the funds released to the seller?
The moment the buyer clicks Confirm receipt in their office. If the buyer does not respond within 14 days of delivery, a Bimedis admin can release them manually.
What if the equipment arrives damaged or not as described?
Don't click Confirm. Open a dispute with photos or a short description of the issue. A Bimedis operator reviews the evidence from both sides and either refunds you or releases to the seller.
How much does Bimedis Escrow charge?
A flat 5.00% platform fee, retained from the funds at release. Nothing is deducted if the deal is refunded or cancelled before release.
Can I pay by card, PayPal or crypto?
No. Escrow protection requires SEPA bank transfer — it gives us a verifiable, reversible paper trail, which the other payment rails don't.
Who creates the deal?
A Bimedis admin — either proactively (when Bimedis acts as the seller) or at the buyer's / seller's request. Both parties are then emailed a magic link to their escrow office.
